I couldn’t be happier with my experience with Cypress Roofing! Kass was amazing to work with—professional, friendly, and kept me updated every step of the way. The communication was excellent, and the whole process was smooth from start to finish. My roof in Madison looks fantastic, and I feel confident knowing the job was done right. Highly recommend Cypress Roofing!

Kass and the Cypress Roofing and Exteriors team were amazing. I reached out to them after experiencing some storm damage to my roof. Kass got back to me the same day and came right out. I liked that during his inspection he didn’t just tell me where the damage was but also took detailed pictures. After going over everything with me he helped me file my insurance claim and even came when my insurance adjuster came to do his inspection. Kass was very professional throughout the whole process and was always available to answer my questions, and I had a lot, day or night. The owner, Josh, was very nice, and the roofing guys did a great job on my roof and gutter installation. If you’re looking for a professional company that will provide great customer service and get the job done right I highly recommend Kass and the Cypress Roofing and Exteriors team.

We had a full roof replacement done and couldn’t be happier with the results. From start to finish, the team was professional, honest, and efficient. They explained the entire process clearly, showed up exactly when they said they would, and finished the job on time. The crew kept the area clean each day and made sure no debris was left behind after the installation. Our new roof looks fantastic, and we feel confident knowing it was done with quality materials and expert workmanship. Highly recommend this company to anyone needing a roof replacement – they truly care about their customers and stand by their work.
